Yes, all purchased images will be professionally retouched to ensure they reflect my signature style and quality. My retouching process includes colour grading, enhancing textures (sometimes by digitally adding elements to the backdrop), and removing temporary distractions such as flyaway hairs or blemishes. I may also apply subtle teeth whitening and, in some cases, enhance clothing (especially with flowing fabrics) to add volume and movement.

My goal is to capture you as you want to be photographed, then further enhance the image with my creative input to create a final piece that’s true to you but elevated artistically. I do not remove permanent features such as scars or birthmarks unless specifically requested.

No, I don’t provide unedited images. Unedited files are incomplete and don’t reflect my brand, artistic vision, or the quality of work I pride myself on. I dedicate time to refining every detail to ensure the final images are of the highest standard.

You’ll return to the studio to view your images at a time that works best for you, typically within 24 hours to 7 days after your session. We’ll schedule this during the consultation phase.

I offer in-person viewing and ordering appointments to ensure a personalised experience.

During this session, you’ll view unedited images, select your favourites, and I’ll guide you in choosing the best collection for your needs and budget. You’ll also have the opportunity to view product samples, and I’ll help you select the perfect product for the area of your home you want to showcase—whether it’s a framed piece of wall art or a luxury album. Once you’ve made your selections and completed payment, I’ll professionally edit and retouch your images.

The ordering appointment typically takes around an hour and is designed to be an enjoyable, no-pressure part of the process. Whether you purchase one image or a full collection, you’ll receive the same level of care and service.

Absolutely! Whether it’s your mum, child, partner, or friend, you’re welcome to bring someone along to your session to be photographed with. We’ll work together to create beautiful images of both of you, and they’ll also be involved in the styling process.

The Luxe voucher covers hair and makeup for one person. If you’d like a second person to receive hair and makeup services, there will be an additional charge. We can discuss pricing and availability for the second person when you book your session. If you have any questions about this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

During the styling appointment, I’ll curate outfits from my client wardrobe based on your answers from the consultation call. You’re welcome to bring any of your own outfits that you’d like to try. Together, we’ll choose what you feel most confident in, paying close attention to how the outfit fits, moves, and complements lighting and colour combinations.

This process is designed to make you feel relaxed, confident, and camera-ready ahead of time, so you can relax knowing that everything has been expertly taken care of. On the day of the shoot, you can simply turn up ready to be pampered and rock your photoshoot!

The voucher is valid for photoshoots taking place between January and June 2025. However, to secure your preferred date within this timeframe, I recommend booking as early as possible—wiht the deadline by the 1st March—even if you’re planning your photoshoot for June. I tend to book out 2 months in advance to allow enough time for consultations, styling, and securing a hair and makeup artist.

To ensure your date is secured, I suggest reaching out in January, so you have plenty of time to confirm your booking, even if the shoot itself takes place a few months later. This way, you can avoid disappointment.

This voucher is non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to cancel within 14 days, you may receive a full refund, provided the voucher has yet to be redeemed or used. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, even if the voucher has not yet been redeemed.
