As each item is handcrafted and customised to each order we cannot offer a return unless:

a) the product does not match the order, or

b) the product is faulty

If the product(s) delivered does not match your order please contact us via email (info@merakicreationsphotography.com) outlining the problem and we will arrange the return of the said goods. Please remember to include your orginal invoice number and the name your order was placed under. If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a mis-print or a fault with the frame, then a photograph as well as description of the problem should be emailed through to info@merakicreationsphotography.com for us to assess. 

As items are handcrafted by an external print lab I have items shipped to me first to quality check orders before shipping to cutomers. Due to this please expect 14-28days to recieve your order. If you're in a hurry please add a note to your basket and I'll do my very best to try and get it to you sooner.
